New Parking Zone G Near the Ice Stadium From January

On Monday, January 5, 2026, a parking zone designated as Zone G will be introduced in the area around the ice stadium. The regulated area extends from the U Trati Street thoroughfare to the Lidl supermarket and is naturally bordered by the Radbuza River and the railway tracks.

Parking in this area will operate under a mixed-use system. This means that on-street parking will be available to visitors, residents, and permit holders at the same time. Visitors will pay the basic rate of CZK 20 per hour, while residents and permit holders will park at permit rates. Please note that the barrier-controlled parking lot at Štefánikovo náměstí is not part of Zone G and operates outside its regime.

Zone G will be equipped with twenty new parking meters, and the public will also be able to use mobile parking applications. Applications for parking permits can be submitted from January 5, 2026 — not earlier — at the PMDP Customer Centre, Denisovo nábřeží 12, Plzeň, or via the Samoobsluha e-shop. To obtain a permit, eligibility conditions must be met; details can be found in the Parking Cards category.
